Domestic Shipping - Australia-Wide
- Express Shipping for Bridal Garment Bags $10.00 Flat Rate.
- Standard Parcel Shipping $15.00 Flat Rate.
All orders are dispatched using Australia Post. Processing typically occurs within one business day, depending on successful payment.
Estimated delivery times:
- Metropolitan areas: 2 to 8 business days
- Regional and remote areas: Delivery times may vary based on location
Authority to Leave: By selecting Australia Post as the delivery method, customers agree to parcels being left in a secure location if the address is unattended. Customers are advised to provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel. As postal services used by Fabric Collection do not include insurance, the business is not responsible for any parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
Shipping confirmation and tracking details are sent via email once an order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
At this time, Fabric Collection ships exclusively within Australia. International delivery is not available.
Click and Collect
Customers can opt to collect orders directly from Fabric Collection store, located at
Fabric Collection 80 Sumners Rd Sumner, 4074, Brisbane, QLD.
Click and Collect is a free service. An email notification will be sent when the order is ready for collection.
Items can be collected in-store upon presentation of:
- A copy of the order invoice
- Valid photo identification
- The credit card used for the transaction ( if applicable )
If someone other than the original purchaser is collection the order, they must bring:
- A copy of the order confirmation
- Valid photo ID
