Returns and Exchange Policy
All orders at Fabric Collection are carefully prepared and personally inspected for quality assurance before dispatch. Each product is handled by a team member to ensure it meets Fabric Collection's standards prior to packaging and shipping.
Change of Mind Policy
Fabric Collection does not offer refunds or exchanges for purchases due to change of mind. This includes instances where incorrect colour, quantity, or product type has been selected by the customer. Customers are encouraged to choose carefully and consider ordering fabric samples prior to purchasing.
Faulty Product
In the event that a product is found to be faulty, Fabric Collection offers a refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
To initiate a return due to a fault:
- Contact Fabric Collection via email at info@fabriccollection.com.au within Ten days of the purchase date.
- A return form and return instructions will be provided.
- The returned item must:
- Unused
- Remain in original condition and packaging
- Received by Fabric Collection within Ten days from the original date of purchase.
Returned items will be inspected by the Fabric Collection team. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, a refund or replacement will be processed.
Fabric Colour Disclaimer
While all efforts are made to represent product colours accurately, variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings and device displays. As such, screen colour should be treated as a guide only. To ensure the colour, texture, or weight of fabric is selected, customers are advised to contact the store phone (07) 3279 6620.
Order Cancellations and Amendments
Orders placed through the Fabric Collection website are considered final. Once submitted, orders cannot be cancelled or modified, including
- Changing delivery address
- Adjusting quantities or colours
- Adding or removing items
Right to Cancel Orders
Fabric Collection reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, particularly in cases involving pricing error, unavailable stock, or suspected misuse.
Customer Acknowledgment
All purchases are made at the customer's discretion. Final decisions regarding fabric type, quantity, and suitability for specific projects remain the customer's responsibility. Fabric Collection is not liable for outcomes related to product use or project results.
